A dedicated, Fastclean-branded invoicing portal at fastclean.oki.lu, running on the same platform as OKI Facture and delivered as part of the OKI ecosystem in Luxembourg.

The challenge
Fastclean needed its own invoicing workspace with its own branding and a separate login, without paying for a custom billing system built from scratch. OKI needed a way to serve clients like this from its existing invoicing platform while keeping each business on its own address.
Our solution
We delivered a dedicated instance of the OKI Facture platform on its own subdomain, branded with the Fastclean logo and a French-language interface. Users get a secure account area with email and password sign-in, reCAPTCHA protection, a remember-me option and self-service password reset. Because the portal runs on the same Laravel platform as OKI Facture, Fastclean uses the same proven quoting and invoicing engine while keeping a separate login on its own address. This approach also lets OKI set up branded invoicing portals for other clients without starting a new build each time.
