The challenge
Many Luxembourg SMEs and tradespeople still handled quotes and invoices by hand, chasing unpaid bills manually and working through local VAT rules on their own. OKI wanted a ready-to-use online product that any small business could sign up for on its own, use from any device, and that was ready for the European shift to Peppol e-invoicing.
Our solution
We delivered a self-service invoicing SaaS where a business signs up, chooses a plan (a free Start-up tier, Complete and Premium) and starts working right away. Users create and send quotes and invoices in a few clicks, see when a client opens and accepts a quote, and rely on automatic reminders for unpaid invoices. Luxembourg VAT rates of 17% and 3% are set by default, with support for other EU rates, VAT on margin and custom units such as m2, m3 or liters. Clients can pay invoices online by Stripe, PayPal or Digicash. The platform also issues and receives UBL 2.1 e-invoices for the Peppol network, covering B2B and B2G invoicing. Financial reports cover sales and expenses, team members can be invited to collaborate, and the whole application is available in French, English, Spanish and German on desktop, tablet and phone.
