The challenge
Earthmoving contractors run fleets of heavy equipment across remote sites. Fuel, machine hours, loads and attendance were recorded on paper and typed in days later, so fuel losses, idle machines and cost overruns surfaced too late. Procurement, billing, payroll and the general ledger lived in separate tools that never reconciled.
Our solution
We built one system that runs the contractor's business end to end: procurement through receiving and invoicing, work orders through production and billing, and payroll through ledger posting. Equipment hours, maintenance, fuel transactions with anomaly scoring and stock all reconcile with the accounts. Each company works in its own tenant with role-based access, a full audit trail, a versioned API with signed webhooks and an AI assistant that respects each user's role. The interface is Arabic-first with right-to-left layouts and localized numbers and dates. An offline-capable mobile app for operators, drivers, foremen and fuel attendants is next: clock-in with site geofencing, production trips, fuel issues with pump photos and breakdown reports that sync to the ERP without duplicates once a signal returns.
