The challenge
Inngez Studio managed bookings, services and invoices by hand, with no single view of studio availability and no online presence to present its work. It needed one system for staff and customers, in Arabic and English.
Our solution
We are designing a system that brings studio resources and bookings by the hour or the day, service offerings and pricing, and invoicing together. Staff and customer accounts are separate: customers see only their own bookings and invoices. Invoices are issued in Egyptian pounds in Arabic and English, and tax can be switched on or off from authorized settings. A public landing page introduces the studio and its services with a clear inquiry path. The brand-new visual identity pairs graphite navigation and pale work surfaces with a restrained vermilion accent, in full right-to-left support.
