The challenge
Marketing teams juggle several social networks, WhatsApp conversations and campaign tools, each with its own inbox and data. They needed one workspace for publishing, messaging and automation, with AI help that understands their brand instead of generic output.
Our solution
We rebranded and extended a modular marketing platform into Narmar's own product, with plans, credits and team workspaces. WhatsApp is now a first-class channel with a shared inbox, campaigns and automation. An AI studio works with several model providers, and a shared brand kit gives every AI feature the company's name, audience, market and voice. Competitor Watch and a guided Campaign Wizard are being added on top of the brand kit, and a telephony capability brings AI voice calls and SMS campaigns into the same workspace.
