VIPTOUR: Private Guided Tours of Poland
A WordPress website for a Kraków-based private guide and transfer service, presenting guided tours of Kraków, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka, Zakopane and a multi-day tour of Poland, with destination highlights and a direct enquiry form.

The challenge
VIPTOUR sells tailor-made, privately guided trips, so most of its business starts with a conversation. Travellers needed a clear picture of each tour before getting in touch: what is included, how long it takes, whether transport and entrance fees are covered, and how a multi-day trip fits together. Without that, every enquiry began with the same questions and itineraries were hard to compare.
Our solution
We built a WordPress site on Elementor and the Jupiter X theme. It opens with a full-width Slider Revolution hero of Kraków, the Tatra Mountains, Warsaw and Gdańsk, followed by a showcase of popular destinations including Kraków's Market Square, Zakopane, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Kashubia, Warsaw and Gdańsk. Each tour has its own page: the Wawel Hill collection groups several half-day Kraków tours, alongside the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, Zakopane with river rafting and Chochołów, and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The five-day Tour of Poland is laid out day by day, from Kraków and Auschwitz through Wrocław, Częstochowa, Warsaw and Lublin and back, and every tour lists its key details such as duration, entrance fees and transport, with accommodation and meals for the multi-day trip. An About page explains the tailor-made approach, from pacing and accommodation choices to guides fluent in English and Italian and family-roots research, while the contact page pairs a direct enquiry form with the office address, phone and email.
