The challenge
Luxury Hotels Group had built its name presenting luxury hotels to affluent travellers, and wanted to expand into real estate, yachts, private aviation, fine dining and luxury brands. Each of those verticals has its own kind of partner, listing and enquiry, and running them as separate sites would have split the audience and multiplied the work of onboarding, reviewing and promoting partners.
Our solution
We built one Next.js platform with a dedicated section for each vertical: luxury hotels and resorts browsable by region, destination and style, properties for sale, yacht charter and yachts for sale, private jet charter, premium airlines, restaurants and luxury shopping. Every partner type has its own onboarding journey, from hotels and hospitality groups to property developers, estate agents, private owners, luxury brands, restaurants, and yacht and aviation providers, and each partner signs in to a dashboard to manage listings and offers. Developers get portfolio packages, AI-assisted property profiles generated from their website URL, and listing analytics on views and engagement. Engagement features keep travellers coming back: a free traveller membership, exclusive hotel deals, guest reviews, the Luxury Hotels of the Year awards with nominations and one-vote-per-hotel traveller voting, and Win a Holiday giveaways where each participating hotel reviews the entries and picks its own winner. Advertising, media kit and franchise pages, a newsletter sign-up and secure authentication with Better Auth complete a platform that is ready to take on new verticals.
