The challenge
Merchants needed to book shipments, set prices and follow every parcel, while operations teams had to dispatch couriers, collect cash on delivery and settle it with merchants accurately. The system had to integrate with carriers and payment providers and be secure enough for a merchant API.
Our solution
We built three connected apps: a merchant portal, an operations console and a courier progressive web app with live tracking. Pricing handles volumetric weight, insurance, promotions and surge rules; dispatch and delivery-time estimates guide the daily run; cash-on-delivery remittance, wallet top-ups and printable labels close the loop. For integrations the platform offers API keys with scopes, signed webhooks and an OpenAPI specification, plus a carrier dispatcher with a Mylerz integration. Two-factor sign-in, risk scoring, a tamper-evident audit trail and resilience patterns such as circuit breakers protect operations. The interface supports Arabic with right-to-left layouts and accessibility standards.
