The challenge
Promoters drive most of a nightclub's traffic, yet they worked from personal phones, chat groups and paper guest lists. Venues could not tell which promoter brought which guests or sales, payouts were disputed, and talent bookings were handled one message at a time.
Our solution
Promo Mngr gives every promoter their own branded page, guest lists, ticket and table links and a personal performance view, all from their phone. Venues see every promoter's guests, sales and engagement in real time, so commissions follow the numbers. The same platform presents DJs and performers, manages their bookings, and runs email and SMS campaigns that turn one-time guests into a returning audience.
