ION Water: Smart Water Management Website
The marketing website at ionwater.io for ION Water, an end-to-end water management company serving affordable housing: solution pages, an interactive savings calculator, a nationwide property map, case studies and a resource hub.

The challenge
ION Water sells a mix of smart sensors, analytics software and hands-on support to affordable housing developers. The real buyers are owners, asset managers and underwriters, and they need numbers before they will act. ION needed a website that explains a technical product in plain terms, tailors the case to new construction and to operating properties, and lets prospects model the financial return themselves before speaking to sales.
Our solution
We delivered a custom WordPress theme with separate solution journeys for New Construction and Operating Properties, a comparison page positioning ION against submeters and sensors, and a Volumetric Water Benefit section explaining the corporate partnership model. The homepage features a full-screen video hero and an interactive Mapbox map plotting hundreds of partner properties with their water-use figures. To turn interest into leads, we built an interactive savings calculator. Prospects enter units, bedrooms, water cost and consumption to see operating savings, valuation impact and gallons saved over 1, 5, 10 and 15 years, then request the report by email. Gravity Forms and HubSpot capture enquiries. Case studies, news, blog, FAQ, team and careers pages are fully content-managed, LiteSpeed caching keeps the site fast, and a Partner Login entry links clients to their platform.
